Why I Focus On Gut Health
The powerful connection between digestion and wellbeing
Early in my career I became especially interested in the relationship between gut health and mood, energy, and overall wellbeing.
The more I learned, the more fascinated I became by how deeply interconnected these systems are. When digestion is out of balance, it can influence everything from energy levels to emotional resilience and daily quality of life.
Supporting gut health is not just about digestion — it can open the door to feeling more vibrant, calm, and confident in your body again.
This area continues to inspire my learning and practice today.

What to expect
All appointments are conducted via telehealth, from the comfort of your own home. When you book your appointment online, you will be sent a link to join our meeting. When you click on this unique link at the time of our appointment, you will be taken straight to our private video call on your computer or mobile device.
We begin with an initial appointment that typically goes for 1 1/2 hours so that I can fully understand your current health issues, how they impact your life – and how you live it – and what your goals are. Together we take the time to explore what underlying causes are creating your symptoms and make a roadmap to recovery.
At this point I may request some functional testing, more in depth dietary analysis or other investigations to further clarify exactly what is going on in your individual body and support following recommendations.
Follow up consultations provide opportunities to gauge improvements and fine tune scripts and dietary and lifestyle recommendations, to ensure we stay on track to realise your health goals.
